for 15 PORTIONS:
1 pouch of Demetra bonet pudding mix
1l whole milk
q.s. Demetra caramel topping
In a saucepan boil the milk, remove from the heat and, mix the liquid part with the preparation for bonet with a whisk for a few minutes. Put the mixture in molds and place them in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving. After that unmold the bonet , put in place and decorate it to taste with the berries and caramel topping. Serve.
