Pizza Pescatella


For 1 PIZZA:
80g mozzarella
50g braised endive Demetra
N.6 Demetra "Tuttosole" mid-dry tomatoes
40g codfish


Start cooking the fresh codfish in a pan with oil and flavours. Once finished cooking, flake the fish and dress with oil. Fill the pizza disk with all ingredients and cook in the oven.
