Pizza Valtellinese

  1. *For 1 PIZZA:*
  2. 70g Demetra Valtellina cheeses cream
  3. 80g mozzarella
  4. 40g Demetra pumpking cream
  5. 4 slices of breasola
  6. q.s. rocket salad

  • Spread the cheese cream on the pizza base, add the mozzarella and cook in the oven.
    Once cooked add the pumpkin cream with a pastry bag, rocket salad and breasaola.
