For 1 PIZZA:
70g Demetra Valtellina cheeses cream
40g Demetra pumpking cream
4 slices of breasola
q.s. rocket salad
Spread the cheese cream on the pizza base, add the mozzarella and cook in the oven.
Once cooked add the pumpkin cream with a pastry bag, rocket salad and breasaola.
