PIZZA WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS, STRACCIATELLA, CULATELLO, FIG SAUCE AND PISTACHIO NUTS

  1. *for 1 PIZZA:*
  2. 80g mozzarella
  3. 50g Demetra sliced sauteed porcini mushrooms CUV
  4. 40g stracciatella
  5. n.3 slices of culatello
  6. 20g Demetra fig sauce
  7. Wiberg hibiscus-chili vinegar cream to taste
  8. Wiberg pistachio nuts to taste
Methode

  • Top the pizza base with mozzarella cheese and porcini mushrooms and bake in the oven. Once cooked garnish with the fig sauce, stracciatella cheese, culatello, vinegar cream and pistachio nuts.
