SESAME TUNA CUTS WITH RED PESTO AND CAPONATA

Zutaten
  1. *for 4 PORTIONS: *
  2. 600g fresh tuna
  3. 400g Demetra caponata
  4. 100g Demetra red pesto
  5. 30g black sesame Wiberg
  6. 30g shelled sesame Wiberg
  7. Demetra ruby glaze for decoration
  8. Demetra extra-virgin olive oil
  9. salt and pepper to taste
Methode

  • In a pan, mix the two types of sesame, coat the tuna in sesame and cook it in a pan with oil for 2 minutes on each side. Separately heat the caponata and when it is hot place it on a plate. Once tuna is ready, cut it and place it on the plate decorating with the slightly warm red pesto and the ruby decoration.
