SESAME TUNA CUTS WITH RED PESTO AND CAPONATA

Zutaten

*for 4 PORTIONS: *
600g fresh tuna
400g Demetra caponata
100g Demetra red pesto
30g black sesame Wiberg
30g shelled sesame Wiberg
Demetra ruby glaze for decoration
Demetra extra-virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Methode

In a pan, mix the two types of sesame, coat the tuna in sesame and cook it in a pan with oil for 2 minutes on each side. Separately heat the caponata and when it is hot place it on a plate. Once tuna is ready, cut it and place it on the plate decorating with the slightly warm red pesto and the ruby decoration.
