NEW DEMETRA PRODUCTS 2019

Great success of the 8 new specialties launched by Demetra this year, prepared from the recipes of the Italian culinary tradition and adapted to the tastes and needs of the professional chefs who want to impress their customers with always new and trendy menu.
Among the category vegetables, the caramelized onions with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Igp and the pitted "taggiasche olives in 750g tin, for tasty aperitifs but also first dishes.
The delicious and velvety swordfish cream enriches the Creams line, while the more traditional taste of the ready to use sausage ragù without tomato sauce inspire the creation of pizza gourmet.
Following the success of the pork shank, the precooked pork ribs in pouch format to be cooked in water or in the oven and ideal if accompanied by stewed lentils.
Between the new products, the new format of the fine anchovies of the Cantabrian Sea in comfortable 50g tin and how not to end a good meal with a slice of the new lemon and almonds cake or a dessert based on berries cream?
