HAZELNUT CAKE WITH RASPBERRIES

Ingredients

For 10 PORTIONS:
1pouch of Demetra hazelnut cake mix
100g butter
200g milk
12 large whole raspberries
q.s. Wiberg powdered sugar for dessert
q.s. whipped cream
q.s. Demetra glaze for decoration

Method

Mix the contents of the hazelnut cake mix with butter and milk for a few minutes at medium speed. Place the mixture in a cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.
Once cooked, cut the cake into slices and place it on a plate garnishing it with whipped cream, raspberries cut in half, powdered sugar and glaze for decoration.
