Pizza Asparagus and Eggs
Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 40g White Asparagus Cream
  2. 8 Green Asparagus
  3. 60g Mozzarella
  4. 1 Egg yolk
  5. q.s. Balsamic vinegar glaze to taste
Method

  • Spread the cream on the pizza disk, add the ingredients and cook in the oven.

  • It is recommended to sprinkle the egg (previously hard-boiled) over the pizza, once it is taken out of the oven.
