Pizza Asparagus & Eggs

Ingredients

40g Cream of white asparagus Demetra
5/6 Green asparagus Demetra
60g Mozzarella
1 Egg yolk
Balsamic vinegar glaze to taste

Method

Spread the cream on the pizza disk, add the ingredients and cook in the oven.
It is recommended to sprinkle the egg (previously hard-boiled) over the pizza, once it is taken out of the oven.
