Pizza Ortolana

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 80g Crushed Tomatoes "Polpapizza"
  2. 60g mozzarella
  3. 5 Grilled Courgettes Rings in Sunflower Oil
  4. 5 Grilled Aubergines Rings in Sunflower Oil
  5. 10 Pitted Leccino Olives
  6. 5 buffalo mozzarella mini balls
  7. 5 fresh pachino tomatoes
  8. q.s. fresh basil to taste
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, courgettes, aubergines and olives, and bake in the oven.

  • Chop the mozzarella balls and pachino tomatoes and mix with julienned fresh basil.

  • When the pizza is cooked, decorate with the tomato and mozzarella mixture and serve.
