PIZZA ORTOLANA

Ingredients for 1 pizza

80g Demetra “Polpapizza” crushed tomatoes
60g mozzarella
5 slices of Demetra grilled courgettes
5 slices of Demetra grilled aubergines
10 Demetra pitted olives
5 buffalo mozzarella mini balls
5 fresh pachino tomatoes
fresh basil to taste

Method

Top the pizza base with the crushed tomatoes, mozzarella, courgettes, aubergines and olives, and bake in the oven. Chop the mozzarella balls and pachino tomatoes and mix with julienned fresh basil. When the pizza is cooked, decorate with the tomato and mozzarella mixture and serve.
