Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 70g Valtellina Cheeses Cream With "Bitto Pdo"
  2. 80g mozzarella
  3. 40g Pumpkin Cream
  4. 4 slices of breasola
  5. q.s. rocket salad
Method

  • Spread the cheese cream on the pizza base, add the mozzarella and cook in the oven.

  • Once cooked add the pumpkin cream with a pastry bag, rocket salad and breasaola.
