Pizza with swordfish cream, artichokes, smoked swordfish and pepper with lemon

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 40g Swordfish Cream
  2. 80g mozzarella
  3. 60g Quartered Sautéed Artichokes
  4. 20g Mid-Dried Small Tomatoes "Gourmet" in Sunflower Oil
  5. 30g smoked swordfish carpaccio
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the swordfish cream, mozzarella, artichokes, mid-dried small tomatoes and bake in the oven. Once cooked, garnish with the swordfish carpaccio and season with lemon pepper.
