Tartare on the moon

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 600g beef fillet
  • q.s. Mid-Dried Small Tomatoes "Gourmet" in Sunflower Oil
  • q.s. Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil "Speciali Di Sicilia"
  • q.s. Caperberries in Sunflower Oil
  • q.s. Pitted "Taggiasche" Olives In Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • q.s. Sweet And Sour Red Pepper Drops
  • q.s. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • q.s. Lemon Pepper, Aromatic Mix
  • q.s. goat cheese

Method

  • Beat the fillet into a tartare and flavour with the extra virgin olive oil and the lemon pepper mixture.

  • In a flat dish with the help of two pastry cutters, give it a moon shape and complete with the cherry tomatoes capers, anchovies, olives, chilli peppers and goat cheese flakes.

  • Garnish with a sauce to taste.
