Ingredients for 1 pizza

  • 70g mozzarella fior di latte
  • 70g squid
  • 40g Chickpeas Cream
  • 50g Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms "Del Boscaiolo"
  • q.s. Yellow Mid-Dried Datterino Tomatoes
  • q.s. Tomato Flakes

Method

  • Stuff the pizza disc with the chickpeas’ cream, mozzarella, mushrooms, and Mid-Dry Yellow Tomatoes and put the pizza in the oven.

  • Garnish with the cooked squid rings and Tomato Flakes.
