Ingredients for 1 pizza

  • 40g Radicchio Cream
  • 60g mozzarella
  • 70g Sliced Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms "C’Era Una Volta"
  • 20g Pumpkin Cream

Method

  • Spread the radicchio cream on the pizza disk add the ingredients and cook in the oven.

  • The pumpkin cream must be added after cooking.
