Ingredients for 1 pizza

  • 70g Valtellina Cheeses Cream With "Bitto Pdo"
  • 80g mozzarella
  • 40g Pumpkin Cream
  • 4 slices of breasola
  • q.s. rocket salad

Method

  • Spread the cheese cream on the pizza base, add the mozzarella and cook in the oven.

  • Once cooked add the pumpkin cream with a pastry bag, rocket salad and breasaola.
