Energy Focaccia

Ingredients for 1 focaccia

  • 30g mozzarella fior di Latte
  • 60g beef tartare
  • 25g Sautéed Nameko Mushrooms "C’Era Una Volta"
  • Yellow Mid-Dried Cherry Tomatoes in Sunflower Oil
  • 25g spreadable cheese
  • 25g Porcini Cream
  • q.s. Peppercorn Cuvée, Spice Mixture Coarse
  • q.s. Wild Garlic Oil
  • q.s. Sea Salt Flakes

Method

  • Stuff the focaccia with mozzarella in the oven.

  • When ready garnish with porcini foam made with spreadable cheese e procini creme add the tartare beef in quenelle.
