Pizza with chicory

Ingredients for 1 pizza

  • 70g mozzarella fior di latte
  • 50g mozzarella di bufala
  • 30g ‘Nduja Cream
  • 5 Chicory Hearts in Sunflower Oil
  • 4 Dried Tomatoes in Sunflower Oil
  • q.b. Basil Oil

Method

  • Stuff the pizza disc with mozzarella fior di latte.

  • Once cooked, garnish with the puntarelle, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala bites and 'nduja cream and basil oil dressing.
