Anchovies and mackerel with braised endive

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. n.20 fresh anchovies
  2. n.2 small mackerel
  3. 300g Braised Endive
  4. q.b. extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste

  • In a frying pan, cook the anchovies and fillets of mackerel with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic.

  • In a separate pan, gently heat the braised endive. When the fish is cooked, season with salt and pepper and arrange on the plate, alternating the fish with the endive.

  • Garnish to taste and serve.
