Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 70g mozzarella fior di latte
  2. 70g squid
  3. 40g Chickpeas Cream
  4. 50g Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms "Del Boscaiolo"
  5. q.s. Yellow Mid-Dried Datterino Tomatoes
  6. q.s. Tomato Flakes
Method

  • Stuff the pizza disc with the chickpeas’ cream, mozzarella, mushrooms, and Mid-Dry Yellow Tomatoes and put the pizza in the oven.

  • Garnish with the cooked squid rings and Tomato Flakes.
