PIZZA WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS, STRACCIATELLA, CULATELLO, FIG SAUCE AND PISTACHIO NUTS

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 80g mozzarella
  2. 50g Demetra sliced sauteed porcini mushrooms CUV
  3. 40g stracciatella
  4. n.3 slices of culatello
  5. 20g Demetra fig sauce
  6. Wiberg hibiscus-chili vinegar cream to taste
  7. Wiberg pistachio nuts to taste
Method

  • Top the pizza base with mozzarella cheese and porcini mushrooms and bake in the oven. Once cooked garnish with the fig sauce, stracciatella cheese, culatello, vinegar cream and pistachio nuts.
