Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 40g Radicchio Cream
  2. 60g mozzarella
  3. 70g Sliced Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms "C’Era Una Volta"
  4. 20g Pumpkin Cream
Method

  • Spread the radicchio cream on the pizza disk add the ingredients and cook in the oven.

  • The pumpkin cream must be added after cooking.
