Troccoli with lam ragú and chanterelle

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 400g troccoli
  2. 300g Lamb Ragú
  3. 200g Sautéed King Oyster Mushrooms
  4. q.s. carrot, red onion
  5. q.s. fresh coriander

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

  • Roast in a pan the cardoncelli with onions and carrots in cubes then add the ragú.

  • Drain the pasta and add the ragú.

  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
