Amaretto panna cotta with fresh fruit composition

Ingredients for 2 portions
  1. 1 sachet Panna Cotta Mix
  2. 500ml whole milk
  3. 500ml fresh cream
  4. 100g Amaretto Cream
  5. q.s. fresh fruit (apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, passion fruit, lychees, redcurrants)
  6. q.s. crumbled amaretti biscuits, to taste

  • Place the milk and cream in a pan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and use a whisk to mix in the sachet of panna cotta mix.

  • Wait 1 minute then use the whisk again to incorporate the amaretto cream.

  • Pour the mixture into moulds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • To serve, turn the panna cotta out onto a plate and decorate with the fresh fruit and the amaretti crumbs.
