Bonet pudding with caramel and berries

Ingredients for 5 portions
  1. 1 pouch Bonet Pudding Mix
  2. 1l whole milk
  3. q.s. berries
  4. q.s. Caramel Topping

  • In a saucepan boil the milk, remove from the heat, mix the liquid part with the preparation for bonet with a whisk for a few minutes.

  • Put the mixture in molds and place them in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.

  • After that unmold the bonet, put in place and decorate it to taste with the berries and caramel topping. Serve.
