CHICKEN SALAD WITH CROUTONS AND WALNUT PESTO

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4PEOPLE:
1 chicken breast
50g baby salad leaves
50g iceberg lettuce
50g parmesan flakes
60g croutons
50g Demetra walnut pesto
walnut kernels to taste
celery to taste
Wiberg salt and pepper to taste
Wiberg walnut oil to taste

Method

Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, place the roasted chicken breast on top and garnish with the remaining ingredients. In a small bowl combine the walnut pesto with the walnut oil and season the salad just before serving.
