Lamb ribs with broad bean puree

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 8 lamb ribs
  2. 300g Broad Beans Cream
  3. q.s. fresh Broad beans
  4. q.s. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  5. q.s. Blossom Potpourri, Blossem Blend
  6. q.s. Lamb, Seasoning Salt

  • In a saucepan heat the broad bean cream with veg stock.

  • In a pan cook the lamb ribs with oil and aromatic salt.

  • When ready make a quenelle of broad bean cream add lamb ribs and fresh broad beans, garnish it with flower mix, serve it hot.
