400g Piemontese meat in chunks
n.20 pcs of halve porcini mushrooms Demetra
100g mixed salad
q.s. Demetra extra virgin olive oil
q.s. Wiberg chopped harlequin pepper

Method

In a dish, place the mixed salad with the pieces of meat and the porcini mushrooms. Season with oil and pepper and serve.
