Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 400g Piemontese meat in chunks
  2. n.20 pcs of halve porcini mushrooms Demetra
  3. 100g mixed salad
  4. q.s. Demetra extra virgin olive oil
  5. q.s. Wiberg chopped harlequin pepper
Method

  • In a dish, place the mixed salad with the pieces of meat and the porcini mushrooms. Season with oil and pepper and serve.
