Piemontese meat salad with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 400g piemontese meat in chunks
  2. 20 Halved Porcini Mushrooms in Olive Oil
  3. 100g mixed salad
  4. q.s. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  5. q.s. Mixed Pepper, Coarsely Ground
Method

  • In a dish, place the mixed salad with the pieces of meat and the porcini mushrooms.

  • Season with oil and pepper and serve.
