Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 100g mozzarella
  2. 60g bresaola
  3. 80g Artichokes Cream
  4. 80g Quartered Sautéed Artichokes
  5. q.s. Truffle Petals in Sunflower Oil
  6. q.s. Majoram, Freeze-Dried
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the artichokes cream, mozzarella and sautéed artichoke quarters, then bake.

  • Once baked, finish with marjoram, bresaola and truffle petals.
