70g mozzarella
20g Sweet-Hot Fig Sauce
40g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Cream
40g brie in small pieces
20g Millefleur Honey From Valtellina
q.s. Chili Threads, Fine

Method

Top the pizza base by first spreading on the fig sauce and then the parmesan sauce and the mozzarella, then bake in the oven.
When cooked, garnish with the brie, honey and chilli.
