Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 80g mozzarella
  2. 40g Onions Cream
  3. 40g sausage
  4. 20g Onion Flakes Roasted
  5. q.s. Crema Di Aceto With Aceto Balsamico Di Modena Pgi
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the onion cream, mozzarella and sausage, and bake in the oven.

  • When cooked, garnish the pizza with the roasted onions and vinegar cream.
