PIZZA RUSTICA

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 80g mozzarella
  2. 40g Demetra onion cream
  3. 40g sausage
  4. 20g Wiberg roasted onions
  5. Wiberg classic vinegar cream to taste
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the onion cream, mozzarella and sausage, and bake in the oven. When cooked, garnish the pizza with the roasted onions and vinegar cream.
