PIZZA WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA, ROASTBEEF, RUSTIC ARTICHOKES AND PASSION FRUIT DRESSING

Ingredients for 1 pizza

60g mozzarella
50g roastbeef
40g buffalo mozzarella
2 Demetra rustic artichokes
q.s. flakes of Parmesan cheese
q.s. Wiberg aceto-plus of passion fruit
q.s. Wiberg chives

Method

Top the pizza base with mozzarella and cook in the oven. Once cooked, garnish with the buffalo mozzarella, roastbeef, one artichoke cut into slices, one artichoke opened as flower and put in the middle, the Parmesan flakes, passion fruit dressing and chives.
