Pizza with chickpeas, mortadella and rosemary

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 1 pizza ball
  2. 40g Demetra chickpeas cream
  3. 80g mozzarella
  4. 40g mortadella di Bologna
  5. 20g Demetra steamed chickpeas
  6. q.b. Wiberg rosemary
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the chick peas cream, mozzarella and cook in the oven.
    Once cooked garnish with the others ingredients and serve.
