Pizza with chickpeas, mortadella and rosemary

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 1 pizza ball
  2. 40g Chickpeas Cream
  3. 80g mozzarella
  4. 40g mortadella di Bologna
  5. 20g Chickpeas
  6. q.s. Rosemary, Freeze-Dried
Method

  • Top the pizza base with the chick peas cream, mozzarella and cook in the oven.

  • Once cooked garnish with the others ingredients and serve.
