SMOKED SALMON WITH ARTICHOKES AND PECORINO CHEESE SALAD

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 400g smoked salmon
  2. 6 Demetra rustic artichokes
  3. 50g scales of pecorino cheese
  4. q.s. mixed salad
  5. q.s. Demetra extra virgin olive oil
  6. q.s. Wiberg salt and pepper
Method

  • Cut the artichokes in quarters and season with salt and pepper. Place the mixed salad in a dish and arrange the salmon, the artichokes and the pecorino cheese. Season with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
