SMOKED SALMON WITH ARTICHOKES AND PECORINO CHEESE SALAD

Ingredients for 4 portions

400g smoked salmon
6 Demetra rustic artichokes
50g scales of pecorino cheese
q.s. mixed salad
q.s. Demetra extra virgin olive oil
q.s. Wiberg salt and pepper

Method

Cut the artichokes in quarters and season with salt and pepper. Place the mixed salad in a dish and arrange the salmon, the artichokes and the pecorino cheese. Season with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
