Smoked salmon with artichokes and pecorino cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 portions
  1. 400g smoked salmon
  2. 6 Rustic Artichokes
  3. 50g scales of pecorino cheese
  4. q.s. mixed salad
  5. q.s. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  6. q.s. Sea Salt Flakes
  7. q.s. Black Pepper, Ground
Method

  • Cut the artichokes in quarters and season with salt and pepper.

  • Place the mixed salad in a dish and arrange the salmon, the artichokes and the pecorino cheese.

  • Season with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
