PIZZA WITH PESTO ALLA GENOVESE, MOZZARELLA, MUSSELS AND TAGGIASCA OLIVES

Ingredients for 1 pizza
  1. 45g Demetra pesto alla Genovese
  2. 75g mozzarella
  3. 70g mussels
  4. 12 Demetra taggiasche olives
  5. fresh basil to taste
Method

  • Top the pizza base with all ingredients and bake in the oven.
    Once cooked garnish with fresh basil.
